We create one-of-a-kind floral designs for any event, large or small! Such as conferences and trade shows, company picnics and holiday parties, product launches and networking events, award dinners and galas, corporate retreats and receptions.

It’s best to get in contact at least 4-6 weeks before the event. This gives us enough time to plan for and create beautiful, tailored arrangements for your special day.
With that said, we understand that sometimes events can come up at the last minute, and we are more than happy to accommodate last minute needs.

Welcome to the booking process at BWCF!
Fill out our inquiry form and schedule a consultation (15 -30 mins) for your event.
During this call, we'll discuss the overall vision and needs you have for your event. Feel free to provide us with photos, layouts and mood boards via email so that we understand what you're aiming for.
We will then create an initial quote including full pricing details. Design proposals and mock up are an additional fee.
After everything is finalized, we'll request a 50% non-refundable deposit in order to reserve your date, with the final payment due in full 14 days before your event date.

BWCF delivers to Los Angeles and surrounding cities, including West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Culver City, Pasadena, Glendale, El Segundo, Inglewood, Lennox, Long Beach, Malibu, Santa Clarita, Burbank, Rancho Palos Verdes, West Covina, and so many more.

If you contact us before 9am, Monday - Saturday, we can usually fulfill your request promptly. Even if it's after 9am, reach out to us as we usually have fresh blooms available.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once you place your order and another email once the delivery has been made.
